Now you can learn from home

Or anywhere else that you can access the internet using the Sheng Zhen Online, a FREE online school. “Study” the practice of Sheng Zhen on a laptop, tablet, Smart TV, or phone anytime that works for your schedule.

Learn directly from Master Li through this online training platform. There are already five modules including detailed training for Gathering Qi, Awakening the Soul, and Heaven Nature Heart Mantra. Additional modules will be added over time.

To join and start learning, just click the button below and “enroll” in the school by supplying your email. You will be able to progress through the modules, step-by-step, at your own pace.

In most modules you will find:

  • Videos (or audios) of Master Li or Li Jing giving instructions and demonstrations of the movements

  • Practice videos

  • Notebook pages for taking notes

  • Transcripts of most talks (and soon, translations into other languages)

  • Glossary of terms used

  • Contemplations for the forms

  • Questions and answers with Master Li Talks with Master Li or Li Jing

  • Self-quizzes to check your understanding
