Sheng Zhen Writings
During the May 2015 Sheng Zhen Teacher Training in Wimberley, Texas, participants were asked to brainstorm their tips on how to meditate. Here’s an expanded summary of their advice.
A friend sent me this poem by Pablo Neruda, that was written in the 1950’s, and seems so right for this time.
Master Li and Li Jing explain how to best protect yourself from the COVID-19 virus, and be healthy in this 5 minute video, plus Jing explains the protection mantra, “SALA VAYA SAI”.
Truth, real truth, is simple, easy to understand.
We recognize truth when we hear it, because we aren’t hearing it for the first time. Rather, we are remembering what we already knew, but had forgotten.

How does one conquer hate with love? How do you ever have that much love?
Master Li tells us all the time, “Relax.”
“Relax your whole body.” “Loosen your body.” “Relax more.”
According to traditional Chinese medicine, qi flows best when the body is relaxed. Conversely, lack of flow can cause qi to become stuck and murky, which leads to pain and disease.
By relaxing, we improve the flow of qi in our bodies.
Great changes are happening everywhere on our planet which affect everyone. We see and feel the changes socially, politically, and environmentally to the point of globally changing the climate.
That's a lot to take in, and at times it may seem overwhelming, even hopeless, especially if you watch the TV or stay hooked into the latest "news".
Sheng Zhen practice gives me the resilience to weather these changes.
Sheng Zhen Gong doesn’t just improve you in body, mind and spirit. It teaches you about life and your connection to the universe.
