Truth

Truth, real truth, is simple, easy to understand.

We recognize truth when we hear it, because we aren’t hearing it for the first time. Rather, we are remembering what we already knew, but had forgotten.

All qi comes from Sheng Zhen, from the power source of unconditional love.

Since qi flows through all things and connects all things, we are always connected to Sheng Zheng, to love, through our qi.

Sheng Zhen Practice strengthens and intensifies this connection.

However, in addition to “unconditional love”, “Sheng Zhen” can also be translated as “supreme truth”.

So in addition to love, we are also always connected to Truth. This is why we know it when we hear it.

Best of all, real truths are universal. They have no exceptions. As I search and uncover these truths, I know I can rely on them forever. They are rock solid.

However, we only “hear” Truth when we are ready for it. Otherwise, we either catch what is said, but don’t understand it, and forget it.

Or, we never hear it at all. I think the universe has many creative ways to “hide” the truth from us until we are ready. A convenient jet flying overhead, or a phone rings just as someone was about to tell you. . .

When the time is right, when our heart is open, the truth just seems obvious.
